Above All Foundation Repair did my pier and beam home. I had lots of rotten wood and needed 56 new concrete piers. I can feel the difference in my home.

I'm writing this review about Above All to thank the men that worked on our home. They were very hard workers. I don't know if they ever took a lunch.

Why Converse homes see foundation problems

Soil and drainage conditions found beneath a Texas foundation

Converse and northeast San Antonio sit on the same expansive clay soils found across the region. Those soils swell and shrink with the weather and slowly stress a home's foundation, leading to cracks, sticking doors, and uneven floors.

Because so much foundation movement traces back to drainage or plumbing rather than the foundation itself, we start every job with a real inspection and a straight answer about what your home actually needs.

How it works

A solid foundation, built one clear step at a time.

  1. Step 1

    Free inspection

We come out, look closely, and explain what is happening under your home in plain language.

  2. Step 2

    Written estimate

You get a clear, itemized estimate. No pressure, no vague ranges, and no surprises later.

  3. Step 3

    The repair

Our crews use the right method for your foundation and finish on the schedule we set with you.

  4. Step 4

    Backed by warranty

Every repair is documented and covered by a written warranty, so your foundation stays solid.

How pricing works

Every home is different, so we do not quote from a chart. Your price depends on what your foundation actually needs, and you will know it before any work starts.

  • Number and type of piers

Most of the cost comes down to how many piers your home needs and which system is right for it, from under-beam steel piers to pier and beam work.

  • Site and structural conditions

Access, soil, plumbing, and any additional structural repairs affect the plan. We assess all of it during your free inspection.

  • A clear written estimate

You get an itemized estimate up front with straightforward pricing and no surprise increases once the work begins.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge for an inspection or estimate?

No. Every project begins with a free, detailed inspection by one of our experienced estimators. We evaluate the foundation, explain what we find, and answer your questions before you decide anything.

What foundation repair method do you use?

We primarily use under-beam steel piers that support the structure directly beneath the foundation beam rather than attaching to the side of it. That creates a stronger, more stable repair that holds up over time.

Are all lifetime warranties the same?

No, and this is one of the most misunderstood terms in our industry. Many companies advertise lifetime warranties but bury so many exclusions in the fine print that the coverage is worth very little. We keep our warranty straightforward and stand behind it.

Can every house be leveled back to perfectly level?

Not always. Some homes can be brought very close, others cannot be returned to perfectly level without causing new problems. We tell you honestly what is achievable for your home.

Is foundation movement always the foundation's fault?

Often it is not. Drainage and plumbing issues are frequently the real cause of movement. That is why we diagnose the underlying problem instead of just treating the symptom.

Does a bigger company mean better work?

Not necessarily. We have corrected failed repairs left behind by large companies. What matters is the method, the honesty of the assessment, and whether the contractor stands behind the work.

How is foundation repair priced?

Pricing is typically based on the number and type of piers required, along with site conditions and any additional structural repairs needed. We give you straightforward pricing with no surprise increases.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are a licensed and insured contractor serving the San Antonio area and comply with all applicable local permitting requirements.
