Raising a home to meet floodplain requirements

Challenge: A 5,000-square-foot slab home sat in an Austin flood zone and needed to be raised to satisfy the city's floodplain requirements.
Solution: We designed and installed a pier system engineered to lift the entire slab structure evenly.
Result: The home was elevated approximately two feet above grade and brought into compliance with city floodplain requirements.

Fixing a failed repair from another company

Challenge: A homeowner bought a property that had been repaired about ten years earlier. The previous piers were attached to the side of the foundation beam, and over time the home's movement caused them to bend.
Solution: We removed the failing piers and installed under-beam steel piers that support the structure directly beneath the beam.
Result: The home regained stable, lasting support using the same method we rely on for every steel pier installation.

Leveling a crawl space another company walked away from

Challenge: A large local foundation company inspected a crawl space, decided the home could not be leveled, and walked away from the project.
Solution: Our inspection found the real problem was warped floor joists, not the foundation. We replaced damaged concrete piers and corrected the structural framing.
Result: The home was successfully leveled after another company had given up on it.
